Darrin resides in the heart of the Navajo Indian Reservation in Chinle, Arizona. He is Naakali Dine'é & Tódik'=zhi (Navajo clans). Since 1994, Darrin has been crafting one-of-a-kind rock paintings and etchings. He draws his inspiration from the walls of the Canyon De Chelly (pronounced "Canyon De Shay") National Monument. He hand makes his distinctive pieces using various stones indigenous to the Canyon De Chelly landscape.
